LED & Neon Illuminated Channel Letters
 

Channel Letters are a highly effective form of advertisement and can be shaped to any letterstyle or logo. When illuminated with neon this product is highly visible at night. A properly designed channel letter signs can effectively communicate your message for many years.

Faces/Trim: 3/16" acrylic precision-routed faces with 3/4" or 1" Jewelite or Gemini Trim.

Stock Acrylic Face Colors:  7328 White, 2447 White, 2146 Ivory, Clear, 2283 Red, 2793 Red, 2051 Blue,   2114 Blue, 2030 Green, 2108 Green, 2037 Yellow, 2016 Yellow, 2119 Orange, Black/White. See Color Selector for color swatches on stock and non-stock acrylic Colors.

Backs:  .063 aluminum; mounting and electrical holes are precision-routed into the letter back.

Returns: Standard 5" return. Other depths range from 4" to 10".

Stock Prefinished Return Colors:  White, Ivory, Black, Brown, Dark Bronze, Heron Blue, Pepsi Blue, Hunter Red, Kelly Green, Ivy Green, Yellow, Mocha Tan, Burgundy, Orange, Dark Gray, Light Gray, and Medium Purple.

Non-Stock Prefinished Return Colors:  Mirror Gold, Brushed Gold, Mirror Aluminum, Brushed Aluminum, Satin Aluminum, and Satin Gold.

Standard Painted Return Colors:  White, Ivory, Black, Brown, Red, Blue, Intense Blue, Hunter Green, Solid Green, Burgundy, Orange, Yellow, Bronze, Purple, Teal, Cool Gray 5C, Cool Gray 1C, Warm Gray 1C, Brushed Aluminum, Brilliant Gold, Brick PMS484C, Mocha Tan and Beige PMS468C.  These are standard colors.   We will match most color options if a color number or color sample is provided. Neon: Our neon is fabricated with EGL products, standard 15mm glass pumped with cold weather gas, designed to stay bright under extreme cold conditions. UL or non-UL listed.

Stock Neon Colors: 6500 White, 4500 White, Clear Red, Rose, Purple, Sunset, E10 Green, E40 Blue, Clear Gold, E50 Noviol Gold, E12 Turquoise, E20 Turquoise, and E21 Aqua.

Assembly Options:  Remote-Preassembled, Remote- Prewired, Remote-Self-Contained, Remote-H-Channel, Raceway Mounted, Cabinet Mounted.

Hardware Options:  remote-no hardware,  remote-nutserts with aluminum threaded rod (1/4” or 3/8”).  Custom mounting options available at request.

Mounting Patterns:  All remote projects include a full size mounting pattern.
